Basic lead generation service for $15.00 per month.
- Includes all Free services.
- Email notification of when a tenant has clicked on one of your listings.
- Review your Listings Activity Report and make contact with tenants and brokers clicking on your listings.
- Send additional information to tenants and brokers to organize a tour, answer any additional questions, and to lease or sell your listing!
- Staffed help desk for our subscribers to better organize their listings and to answer any questions you have.
Premium Lead Generation service for $35.00 per month.
- Includes all Basic services.
- All of your listings will be featured and elevated on our search result pages.
- Featured Properties receive 40% more traffic than standard listings and will provide more opportunities to transact for listing agents.
- Your owners will see their listings at the top and appreciate all that you are doing to move their property.
To activate a Basic or Premium Lead Generation Account, you will need a working credit card. We accept all major credit cards. Your transaction is secure through PayPal™, a highly secure online transaction provider owned by eBay™. The Basic and Premium Lead Generation Accounts are billed in advance monthly and is non-refundable. You will be billed automatically for each subsequent month of use unless you cancel your subscription. To cancel your subscription and to avoid being billed again, please send "cancel my subscription" in the subject line to cancellations@BuildingSearch.com and include your contact information before your next billing cycle.
