Our company’s purpose is to provide a high level of efficiency during the real estate site selection and procurement process. BuildingSearch.com is deeply focused on becoming the commercial real estate industry’s leading online marketplace. Through a suite of software applications and marketing services, we connect industry participants together through a free vertical search engine of available commercial property, and help to reduce time spent in the car by providing a highly relevant search result.


Our Team of Executives

Jon Condrey, President & CEO
A co-founder of the company, Jon brings over 20 years of online services management and commercial real estate industry experience to the team. He has led BuildingSearch.com’s transition from startup to market innovator. As a leading commercial real estate tenant broker before, during, and after the .com bust, Jon spent 13 years helping Silicon Valley companies work through turbulent real estate cycles locally and abroad. While at Cornish & Carey Commercial Client Solutions Group and Colliers International, Jon’s tenant advisory work is still regarded as some of the most creative and aggressive deal structuring seen in recent times. Prior to commercial real estate brokerage, Jon co-founded hooked.net (later acquired by Amerion), an early online community, ISP, and developer of graphical user interfaces delivered over the Internet. Prior to hooked.net, Jon worked at a number of high tech companies in senior management positions responsible for the sales and marketing channels of database and computer systems integration solutions. He is a graduate of San Diego State University, and resides in San Jose, California with his wife and two sons.

Jonathan McNulty, COO
A co-founder of the company, Jonathan has helped to establish the foundation architecture and future growth of BuildingSearch.com by focusing and developing its early operational infrastructure and database interface, as well as designing BuildingSearch.com’s future infrastructure and user interfaces. A seasoned veteran in the world of Social Networking infrastructure and online informational management systems Jonathan is also Founder of Internet Startup bluLIME.com. In addition to creating online services and communities, Jonathan worked on commercial real estate development projects and related commercial assignments at Colliers International in San Jose, California for the past 4 years.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Santa Clara University in Philosophy and Economics and has studied at Queens College Cambridge and Kings College, University of London.

Martin Wischhusen, CIO
Martin is a seasoned Information Technology veteran with over 15 years experience working in Fortune 500 high tech companies. He is actively involved with many early stage Internet and enterprise software companies as both an advisor and investor. Martin is leading the strategic and operational development of the Company's Internet and technology architecture, IT vendor relationships, and sourcing strategies. Previously Martin was the Director of eBusiness for Agilent Technologies, and responsible for Agilent’s worldwide Internet operations including customer and partner websites and eCommerce activities. He led the development and implementation of their enterprise wide Internet architecture, and established Agilent’s IT operations in India. Previously at Hewlett-Packard, Martin held the role of Director of eBusiness for the Semiconductor Products Group and roles within the fields of Strategic Planning, Marketing Communications, Business Consulting and Process Re-engineering. Prior to his career at Agilent and Hewlett-Packard, Martin held positions in business planning and finance at Dell Computer Corporation. He has a BSC in Management and Administrative Studies from Aston Business School, Aston University in England.

Steve Condrey, VP of Sales & Marketing
Steve is a commercial real estate veteran with 30 years of transaction and commercial real estate development experience. He has been instrumental in developing the company’s go-to-market strategies and industry outreach programs to brokers, real estate owners, and tenant communities. Prior to BuildingSearch.com, Steve was a Senior Vice President at Colliers International for nearly three decades. Prior to Colliers International, Steve worked at Xerox as a leading sales and marketing executive responsible for many of its early consumer adoption and sales programs. He is a local California native and graduate of San Jose State University.

Chris Kapilla, VP of Engineering & Website Development
Chris has 20 years of experience developing database-driven applications for both the desktop, and the web. He steers the delivery of our service, and its development effort. Throughout the 1990s, Chris was an award-winning product manager for Wall Data, Inc, a provider of Windows-based corporate software. As the web-explosion was just getting started in 1995, Chris began his own consulting company to develop software in the (then) new medium. For the Commercial Brokers Association in Seattle, Chris recently authored a new release of the CBA Legal Library, which provides a Microsoft Word .Net Add-In for creating and editing legal forms for the commercial real estate industry.

Mark Denham, Advisor
Mark owns and operates 247 WorkSpace, Inc. a California based global provider of office furniture systems. His company is one of the fastest growing privately held companies in California. Mark is a leading online entrepreneur pioneering the procurement and delivery of office systems and furnishings procurement. His fast growing, high octane operation does a majority of its business through its innovative website and direct sales force. He provides invaluable experience to the company with respect to website optimization, go-to-market strategies, and the overall delivery of products and services over the Internet. Mark and his family reside in Gilroy, California.

Jeff Teddleton, Advisor
Jeff is a technology career veteran with over 25 years experience in the development and deployment of computer applications and decision support services. He assists the company with many aspects of its product roadmap. Currently as a Director with Juniper Networks, Jeff is closely involved in Juniper’s mission critical applications. Prior to Juniper, Jeff spent several years at WebEx Communications (acquired by Cisco Systems) orchestrating the development and deployment of WebEx’s SaaS and communications portal offerings helping to take the company from zero revenue to over $400M in a few short years. Prior to WebEx Communications, Jeff worked at EDS where he was responsible for the company’s service roll out in major automotive manufacturing environments. Jeff and his family reside in Morgan Hill, California.
